By having a Will you decide who inherits your assets, who administers your estate and who will be the guardians of your minor children.
A Will can help you acheive your tax and estate planning objectives and can help protect your assets from Long Term Care fees.

A Will is particularly important if you are not married but have a partner, as they would not be able to inherit your estate with the exception of joint assets. If you are married and do not have a Will then your spouse will only inherit up to £250,000 of assets in your name under the laws of intestacy.
